This app looks great! Just downloaded it. Any plans to add a nutrition section in the future?

Thank you! That’s definitely highly requested, which we will visit in the future. In the near term we’ve got more workout features coming to make the tracking experience much better. Right now I recommend either MyFitnessPal (free) or if you don’t mind paying, MacroFactor, which is better in every way.

No problem! We have login because all the workout data is stored in AWS, and have plans to launch a web version of the app so you can use across many platforms. You can still find many of the programs on the app on the rFitness wiki and use the spreadsheets.

Been using the app for several months now - big fan! I was constantly looking for a better way to to record my sets/reps/weights beyond a notepad, and this app did all that with ease. I also liked suggested progression for weight - I have a tendency not to push myself enough beyond the comfort zone, so "being told" to go higher was good motivation for me.

Really like the variety of programs available. I was following Greg Nuckols' program when I had gym access, and now am following a couple of "no gym" programs. Which is another thing I like: I can have multiple programs going at once. Also appreciate the alternative exercise options where available.

Would love to see a program focusing on core strength added!

Have used this for multiple programs. Hard to see me having the same motivation without it's convenience. A few bugs here and there but overall great.

Recently downloaded Boostcamp. Such a massive upgrade over using spreadsheets on my phone. Thank you for making it, and for continuing to improve the app!

Hey thanks so much for the awesome review! I’m totally with you on having guidance to push past our comfort zones, it’s the only way to force the body to change. Hope you get back to the gym workouts, doing weights really help w building your core

Thanks and trust me, as a daily user of the app myself nothing pains me more than discovering little bugs here and there. I get my team to fix bugs on a weekly basis so it should get better over time

Good idea but I uninstall it quickly because it drives me nut!

I follow the recommended routine wich is on your api and it's good ...BUT

  • I cannot skip some exercises I have to say that I have done it for being able to go to the next ...

  • I have to confirm each set one by one x3 and X9 to validate the full workout ...it was that difficult to put a validate the workouts button????

Excellent App! I'm on my 8th week of "rip and tear" and loving it. Can't wait to complete the program and pick another one.

It really does make a difference for motivation not having to decide what you're doing in the gym every workout.

I would like to see a graph of my 1 rep max's from when I started the app and thoughout the time I use the app to track progress

I also do a alot of CrossFit WODs. Would be awesome to have them incorporated in the app somehow!

Thanks for making the app!

I didn't get the chance to try this out, sadly. Will this app be available again in the future?
