You're confusing species with race. The dog equivalent of our human problem is breed. Dogs have different breeds, just as human have different races. That's not a great way to look at it, but you get the idea. I do think that humans should better understand that the difference between races is not as great as the similarities. We have much more in common than we have different, and I think if we focused on the similarities rather than trying to fix the differences, the world could be a better place.
