You sound like a smart kid who got stoned and roundabout predicated that historians will still exist in the future.

Unless it’s a king tut scenario where only one random persons social media survives time and they become the face of our entire time period in history.

If you’re a nobody and want to be remembered (200 years from now?) your digital life better have a pretty long life.
Ultra long term storage isn’t a consideration in the digital age. I have thoughts and ideas on it, with the goal of 1000 years data retrieval.

I love this idea, but TBH I think those of us living now and surviving Covid and maybe a third world war is what may make us memorable. Not as individuals, but as a whole. Just a bad few years that will definitely be remembered in history.
Well, if their existence is so boring or unchallenging that my life provides them with entertainment, I guess I don't mind that much. The weeks I spent teaching myself to juggle should be particularly enthralling. (No spoilers.)
On the other hand, if you in the future (yes you! I see you!) find my life that fascinating, feel free to use some of that technology to either bring me back to life, or reach back in time and bring me there.
No, really. This timeline sucks. Someone come get me.

There are literally thousands of people from the 1800s for whole we could learn quite a bit about (enough to write chapters in books about at very least). But we don't. In fact, there's very successful movie actors from the 1920 that are all but forgotten today.
If the famous of yesterday aren't guaranteed fame now, I doubt the unknown of today have any greater chance of being famous.
