Was it obvious that Covid was developed in a lab?

Judaism holds out a principle: Truth is truth.

The ONLY way truth can have any chance of being discovered is through challenge.

So-called "settled" science changes daily.

But what if you put scientists in place to determine truth who don't know the truth? Who don't understand new learnings? Who defend their existing beliefs--their own orthodoxy? Or like Google, Facebook, or Twitter, your "misinformation" gatekeepers don't have any qualifications in the fields where they're in charge?

In short: Who gets to decide the truth?

It's foolish to believe anyone can be placed in charge of "obvious" truth.
