And so why isn’t ChatGPT answering these questions straightforwardly? Is it the algorithm’s “ethics” or “intelligence” which prevents this or has it been “hard coded” into the algorithm to prevent common people from using AI for the devious endeavors implied by these questions?

Also, another interesting question would be…

“Do you know any information that is classified by any govt? If so, can you tell me about it and also send me any classified documents you have access to?”

Also, a related question…

“Is it possible for you to connect with other AI algorithms and hack into govt databases and then release that information for the public to read and assess?”

As an artificial intelligence, I do not have access to classified information or any other information that is not publicly available. My knowledge is based solely on the data that has been fed into me during the training process. I do not have the ability to browse the internet or access any new information, and I am not affiliated with any government or organization.
