Can you say what's happening here - I assume the moon is being lit by the sun from the 'left' and we're seeing both brightly at the same time?

You're right! This is just after waking up on a mountain called Koppefjellet, right next to a town called Volda. Me and a friend camped there while on a randonee trip. I got home just in time for my evening shift at the hospital there!
