What is the scale here? It looks like it could be a tabletop sculpture that’s only an inch high

Idk if i’m seeing grains of sand or if it’s just film grain

This is fairly small scale probably around 6 inches high, I've got a lot of questions about the scale due to the composition. This photo is missing a lot of resolution since I downloaded from my Instagram profile, I'll attach the full res image later today which should help seeing the sand grains a little better
