Kashmir really was a unique experience. The mountains still towering over everything, even while you were at 4000m of elevation or higher. Insanely pretty.

Absolutely!! The whole region. Personally, i love ladakh and spiti even more, just coz there are less tourists there, comparatively. But yeh, kashmir is magical

It’s beautiful and basically untouched by man because my country is playing tug of war over it because the piece of shit British empire decided to conquer and divide (in that order). I’ve been lucky enough to fly over it in a small plane and some of my friends have been lucky enough to camp/hike it
