Gorgeous photo!
How do you recommend getting there? I've been planning a trip to the Barrancas del Cobre or Creel via El Chepe.
Any advice or other places that I should visit near there?

not OP. Seems to be near the large city of Torreon so likely easy-ish to get to, proximity wise.
But you should know this is nowhere near the Copper Canyon or any part of the Chepe route. We're talking well over a day's drive away, maybe more. So I wouldn't try to catch both in one trip unless the trip is over a week long and you're open to travelling an area the size of a European country.
I'm not local to Northern Mexico though, so if anyone else knows better feel free to correct me.

I am actually from Torreón, Coahuila. It’s not that far from there but just like you pointed out it’s virtually impossible to do both of them the same day.

I concur with other comments. One of those places that is so breathtaking that at first you doubt it's real. Fantastic photo. I think you were very blessed to have been in such a place.

Actually, I should add that catching it in that lighting took some genius on your part as well.

Good shot. Looks like a Magic: The Gathering card. A dual land maybe, Mountain and Swamp.
