You’re so welcome! Have you visited Joshua tree before?

No, and now I probably never will, but photographs like yours give me an impression of it

I’ll be honest, it’s probably my least favorite major camping type spot. I do love some of the photos tho

Haha I feel you in that. I’d much rather be alone in the backcountry on blm land.

I lived there for 10 years, remodeling air bnbs and building funky houses!

I’m sure like many others in LA, Jtree is my favorite weekend getaway. Building funky homes out there sounds like tons of fun! Any thoughts to share with someone who may want to get into the remodeling game someday?

Beautiful picture.

I spent 4 years in that God forsaken desert. It makes me happy that people think it's pretty out there.

In my mind all I see is the dusky brown colors of vegetation that's barely surviving most of the year.

I think of the Walmart that dominates Yucca Valley and I think of the fresh he'll that 29 Palms is.

One time I went out to do some workaway stuff it was during a super bloom a few years ago and holy shit it was intense seeing the desert just coated with multicolored flowers.

Gorgeous. I used to visit Joshua Tree, my grandparents lived in Palm Desert and I would drive out there once in a while. I miss it there a lot. Thanks for bring back memories.

Is this from near the Jumbo Rocks campsite? I’ve only camped Jtree on BLM land and tend to avoid the campsites as I don’t like lots of people, but now I’m starting to fear I’m missing out!
