I would very much prefer my helicopter to have a door.

This pic is amazing! I loved the colors in the landscape and the beach is fantastic.

You should reconsider. A helicopter tour without doors is infinitely more spectacular than with. I also did one on Hawaii. Perhaps this very one. If they offer the option: take it.

I agree. The doors-off helicopter ride was incredible. Feeling the air rush by really made it feel like I was getting a birds eye view.

The first few minutes were a little nerve racking but after getting used to it I wasn't worried at all.

Yes, and the lack of a door with some small, scratched and dirty window in between makes the view totally unobstructed, and photos and video much higher quality.

Yeah the GoPro footage I got from the ride is incredible. I love going back and watching it every now and then.
