Hello everyone. This image was taken during a recent 5 day Thru-Hike of the 65 mile Border Route Trail hugging the Minnesota & Canadian border in the BWCAW. On day 2 we camped here at Clearwater Lake opposite these Palisades that were covered in gorgeous golden autumn leaves. The subtle light from the sunrise off to the left of the frame was just enough to illuminate the trees and the fog drifting over the lake.

Incredible! How was the BRT? Did a short hike on it while in the BWCA last year, and doing the whole trail is high on my list of vacations to take soon.
