Did you make it to the top? The last bit would be tricky in the snow

Yes me and my brother made it. The last bit was pretty tricky especially the descent back down

I always thought it was easier in the middle of winter with snow shoes. The rest of the year it seems like sprained ankle city.

Was this yesterday? I’ve done this trail several times. Never in the snow though. Beautiful and one of my favs besides Serene Lake. The smoke this season ruined my hiking season.

This was last Sunday. Luckily the smoke was most of the way gone by then but it was pretty foggy at the top so we didn't get the best view. The smoke definenitly put a hurting on my hiking season as well.
