I think we have it all here. Mountains, oceans and love the seasons

So dense and beautiful. I noticed the reflection in the water; it is crisp but not too sharp. And I love how the fall colors are browner in the middle and gradually turn yellow as it expands outward.

And if the only natural disaster we have to deal with on a regular basis is a nor’easter then we’re good to go

Thanks! I took a few that day and this one was my favorite. The water was so calm and the grey sky reflected in it really helps the colors pop - no filter needed

If you do just be aware the around the northeast corner of the pond can get a little swampy especially after the recent rainfall. To get around it, there is a service road that is near the bridge, that leads up to a paved road. Walk that paved road down to a clear pull off looking area (which is also a great fishing spot) and then you can cut back onto the trail.

They are! Fall especially, the leaves are splendid.
The seasons are one of the things I miss the most about living up north.

Haha exactly! I was out in PA this week for work and I kept thinking, “don’t mention the colors too much or I’ll be labeled a leafer”.

Was nervous moving to Massachusetts from Michigan. Have been pleasantly surprised by the seasons here. The Michigan trees are always gonna be my number 1 but it is a special kind of pretty up here.
