Lake of the Clouds! What a beautiful place. I spent many summers backpacking this park; it is a wonderful place to cut your teeth in the back woods.

It's a beautiful place. This was my first time in the UP and I can't wait to go back. Definitely want to backpack more in the Porkies.

You should check out Copper Harbor. There are a few trails that are cool and one leads to horseshoe harbor on Lake Superior. The harbor cliff had all ages climbing on it, but me cuz I'm a klutz.
