yeah I hope not! but the thing is in there really well so I don't think so.

There is probably a bracket that it is sitting in on the back. Usually a long bracket with a channel the microwave sits on the bottom. Try lifting the microwave up and out at the same time. If it is wedged in you probably have to pull it out harder than you normally would
