There's stuff called marguard which is supposed to be a lot more scratch resistant than plexiglass, it's used for windows in construction equipment.

Never dealt with it myself but probabaly worth looking into.

thanks, but its the same price as glass :/ Everyone is saying plexi/polycarbonate are too scratchy so im just gonna fold and get glass

If you like the look you can just scuff it or use acetone to frost the acrylic or polycarbonate.
