Live in an old house with large backyard that is mostly concrete slabs. Over the years they have cracked and risen unevenly. Two big pieces now slope towards the house and encourage water to pool causing flooding. Anything I can do to raise the slabs back up?

Yes, it can be done. Years ago, we had our front concrete walkway leveled to address water flow also. They used a massive crow bar to lift the slabs, regraded the ground, added filler and replaced the concrete slabs. Not sure if this works with severely cracked slabs. Good Luck!

I have leveled/moved sidewalks and a concrete patio using this method. Floor jack, shovel, and a new substrate. Dig a hole under the slab, insert floor jack to lift and apply new substrate to level. You can easily move a slab by inserting a few thick wall pvc pipes, 4", under the slab and roll them away.
