In that case, cool some water with ice, either pour-over or dunk the case into ice cold water for 15-20 seconds, then pour-over/dunk in boiling water. The silicon should contract.

I make custom medical training models out of silicone rubbers and I can gaurentee you that it's dimensionally stable once cured. Like will tear before it will plastically deform. If you've ever experienced that with a "silicone" it was probably some silicone/thermopolymer blend.
