Sorry, just updated, grass. But would a pallet jack + some plywood sheets be enough? or would I need to find some sheet metal?

If you already have the plywood, yes. If you plan on buying them, it would probably be cheaper to hire heavy equipment movers. I moved in a 10k lb machine into my building and it cost $300. Moving something your size would probably cost around $100 and you'll be sure it's done right without getting stuck. If you tell them what you're trying to move, they should be able to give you a quote right over the phone.

For all but the step, you can use sliders. For the step, just tip it onto more sliders
