I don’t see any control boards. It’s a pretty old dryer. There looks to be a block where several wires connect on the side of the motor. It’s hard to get to are there fuses there possibly.

Try that, and make sure those connections are tight. Make sure the dryer is unplugged before you tighten

Do you have to a multimeter?

I do have a multimeter. I checked the thermal fuse and it has continuity. I don’t know anything else to check. Those were the main search results.

Check that the heating element has 240 volts across the inputs when the power is on. Be very careful when you're doing this, do not short anything and do not touch anything electrical with your body.
