Why wouldn’t you just Google “CT DMV”?

I moved from MA to CT 10 or so years ago. What I didn't know (until I went to the DMV) was that you have to transfer your license first, and that could only be done (at the time) in Wethersfield. Getting a CT license (at the time) took 5 hours. I literally sat around in Wethersfield all damn day. And then, I was able to transfer my car registration the following weekend. Bring a lunch.

Moved from CA to CT less than a year ago. Make sure to bring proof of an emissions test if needed for your car (it depends how old your car is, I believe). I went to the Danbury DMV, and I transferred my license and 2 vehicles at the same time, which took maybe an hour. Take a look at the DMV website.

Get insurance first, then go to the local dmv, if it's an older one like a classic it's 130ish

You have to do this at the CT DMV go online to see what the requirements are. Sometimes the forms will be available to be printed and filled out beforehand as well
