I don't know, it seems like it's not worth getting caught. The best you're getting is like $300 for a legal scrapped cat. Some hoodrat showing up with a couple dozen is going to be lucky to get $100 a piece but the amount of damages is like 10+ times that.

100% agree. I just googled that site quick. Looks like you just mail them. Seems like when they catch the people stealing them they’re from out of state.
