So is Sikorsky/Lockheed Martin. Can't find skilled workers and 300 plus people are retiring.

Way better. Lot of retirements going on. Do you know the difference between a Crescent wrench and a combination wrench? You're hired. Military vet, even though it's not aviation related? You're hired. Right off the bat you're looking at about $35/hr

Yes. 100%. Better pay, benefits, culture. Better everything. Especially if you're an engineer...I was at EB for over 5 years before I quit to go to Pratt and I regret waiting so long. There are so many ex-EB employees at Pratt that EB is seen as a joke there.

If you're an engineer looking for work in CT, don't waste your time with EB.
