What part of CT?
Oak ridge, Grasmere, rolling meadows, st. Anne and copper hill usually are open all winter.
Greater Hartford. But it’s a small state, willing to travel.
I’ve seen people playing at Orchards in Milford on warmer days.
I’m pretty sure Gillette Ridge in Bloomfield is open
Grassmere enfield and rolling meadows in ellington are good all year round courses.
Fenwick, Shenny, East Hartford, Vineyard Valley. I've heard Portland GC usually stays open in the winter too. Winnipaug in RI.
I’ve played Portland GC every weekend this month.
Rolling meadows is such a hidden gem.
5 miles from my house and took me 5 years to golf there an realize how nice it is. Always open tee times and as long as there is green on the ground they are open
Fairchild Wheeler in Fairfield
Tunxis is usually open unless there's an active localized natural disaster currently in progress.

I'm sure Fenwick in Old Saybrook is open. Old-timey course.
