Curious- what makes one rum and coke better than another? Is it not just, you know, coke with rum in it?

That used to be my go-to bar drink. It's all about ratio. It's like a straight shot in billiards. Should be easy, but separates the pros from the scrubs.

I’m a fan of good rums. I prefer aged but will go with a Coke periodically.

At Valencia they use Mexican Coke with real sugar. And they have a good ratio of rum to coke.
