You should try Rhode Island- also 3 children in a trench coat but there's a rabid squirrel in there as well.

Funnily enough the top two worst roads are in Connecticut (#2) and Rhode Island (#1.)

I live in NY very close to CT border (Westchester/Putnam county to FFC) and you are absolutely right. Our roads are trash. You can tell the exact moment you cross the state line based on the road quality.

I used to drive into NYC for work and would heave a sigh of relief when I made it back over the state line without car damage. Some of the pot holes....lawd help me.
