There's no draft, so that's not a problem either unless you sign up for it.

By law, all men 18 years old have to sign up for Selective Service System. You don’t get a choice to join the draft 😂

There is no active draft now. The system is still in place and we all have to sign up for it by law or you can't get/do certain legal things.
