Recreational marijuana sell date?

Does anyone have a ballpark for when recreational sales will start? It's been like a year and a half since it was legalized and the most recent article I saw about it is from months ago estimating December. Is that still on track?

I don't know about other parts of the state, but Killingly recently approved to have a dispensary open up in that town, and according to the post I read on FB, the business was planning on starting remodeling of the building this month, with hopes to open early December.

Local "weed dispensaries" are still abundant.....

State wants to get the revenue....they better get moving a whole lot faster.

The whole permitting is absurd!

I get wanting to be sure that the scene is equitable and not immediately taken over by chains or something but AFAIK permits have been given out for awhile, just silly how long it takes after that.

That's the problem....they need to allow businesses to move forward. Allow them to conduct business if all "ducks in a row".
