Saw this beautiful bob cat this morning down the street from my house…I am assuming that is a (massive) tracking collar on him. Is this a normal tracking device? Seemed a bit over the top for a golden retriever.

They tried giving the bobcats business cards, but they really don’t respect curfews and there’s not a lot of pay phones left
