This is why we need speed governors. They don't really do shit to stop people going 50 in a 20, but at least we know there's nowhere to legally go over 80, and 65 in most non-rural highways.

Cars now have cameras that can read speed limit signs. It won't be long before regulation exists forcing cars to limit themselves based on the signs they see.

A multitude of reasons as to why that’ll never happen. The main one I can think of is how do you think the average person will react when you tell them their car will be forced to go a certain speed? Do you think they’ll happily comply with that? No way.

As the down votes show, even liberal Connecticut has fairly significant carbrain. I don't think it'll happen any time soon.
