Ever since they repaved that section of the road my car tires make this weird humming noise similar to a siren. I checked and it is definitely not my car, even took it to my mechanic buddy to make sure. So I’m just asking to see if I’m just going crazy or if this is a shared experience.

If so, it's probably the craptastic paving. It's slowly getting better up here on the eastern border but it still sings.

I drive over that stretch almost every day. And i hear it each time. Kinda like a mechical whirring that winds up and then drops down again.

I started hearing it the day after they paved. Unsure exactly what causes it, the other guy's guess makes sense.

But yeah, first time I drove over it, I almost pulled over trying to see what the heck was going on.
