More like he wanted the day off and made up the premonition shit after the fact.

We could work as a team. The story of the bus driver in RI was the most touching as we regularly passed through Mackeral Cove on the way to SCUBA diving at the Beavertail Lighthouse (hence my avatar).

What did they actually say? Wondering because premonitions aren't a real thing, so he may have felt uneasy or just made up an excuse to get out of work the next day.

According to the President of the Thompson Historical Society, Railroad Fireman Mike Flynn told his supervisor - the night before the crash - that he was not going to report for service because "something bad" was going to happen. Jerry Fitzgerald filled in for him, and was killed in the crash (one of only three people, miraculously, who were killed in the multiple crashes - although dozens were injured). You can hear the whole story on the podcast: https://AmazingTalesCT.Podbean.com
