I already phoned the police to put it on the record, don't expect them to do much but I figured a paper trail of complaints about this thing is for the best. My neighbor has a fenced in backyard, and yet they let their dogs out unleashed in the front at night. I've been attacked by one twice now. To be fair, if the dogs were disciplined I'd have no issue-but if it was a larger dog I'd probably have injuries right now. Tonight I had to kick at the dog to keep it away from my older, smaller dog and I got called disrespectful... For having my dog attacked and telling them to control theirs in a raised voice while upset. "My dog doesn't bite" The dogs literally hanging off my ankle.
Also, to be fair, my dog isn't friendly with other dogs but HE'S ON A LEASH. So I'm very impatient about having to deal with these confrontations. Pepe (my dog) was 'rescued' from a dogfighting mill so he's pretty offput by other dogs-what can I do.

There's a lot of underlying shit when you're dealing with civil problems in Hartford, you never really know what someone is like and the police have way worse problems going on.

I guess this is really an extension of a 'paper trail' more then anything else.

Their house is two doors down, and their dog has ran clear across the neighborhood to get to us before if you're thinking just avoid it.

Pepe needs exercise to stay healthy, also to not be attacked by a dog whose owners can't be bothered to leash him or idk clean shit out of the backyard? It's fenced in!
