They absolutely do. They have a lot of data on how squares wager as opposed to advantage, pure skilled players, and yes even cheats do

It's nuts that these games are so mathematically rigged than any anomaly whatsoever is able to be spotted and cheaters are outed.

Black jack is statistically the only game that has possible positive EV over a long time frame with near-perfect statistical play (aka basic knowledge of rules and play)... Unless the black jack pay is 6/5 and the offshoot plays are limited (some games do not allow play off a split).
Infinite hand bj its pretty easy to figure out who is cheating based on wager structure, along with noticing a lack of side bets.

It's more surprising that they don't have a supervisor standing there watching them shuffle the cards and load the shoes to be sure they aren't manipulating them.
As well as even allowing employees to gamble. You can't gamble at foxwoods if you work there, you need to go to Mohegan sun if you want to gamble and vice-versa.
In this case since the same company does both draftkings and FanDuel they shouldn't be able to use either platform.
