I was just in WeHa Center and was approached by a woman laden down with what looked like her entire worldly possessions. She told me that she had a very important and timely message to pass along to me then handed me a note and walked off.

The note does something pretty wrong. If you're going to translate one part of the name, you should translate the whole thing. Yes, "Elon" means "oak tree". But "musk" comes from a Sanskrit word meaning "testicle". So his name is Oak Tree Testicle. Poor dude is named "acorn"

Lol I work in West Hartford every day. This is just the first time I've been approached. Except that one time an old southern African American man yelled every "white" slur he could think of at me, while asking for directions to get something to eat.

"Hey, wonder bread! Why don't you be a good cracker and teach me something. Tell me how to get to Taco Bell, Casper! C'mon, Jimmy Crow, give me those directions!"

Probably schizophrenia. For some reason the disease tends to have a strong correlation between religion and technology. For example, they often report to have a chip implanted in their brain or radio waves affecting their brain. They often report seeing or communicating with angels or God. Somehow, they are entangled in this web between good and evil forces. So they try to connect the dots and make sense of it all and wind up with ramblings like this page

I can’t get my mind off the fact that someone sat there and wrote and printed these while thinking “Yes. This will get everyone on board!”

Ahh, this seems like the sequel to the flyer I got while I lived in Hartford at the beginning of covid about the rapture and the illuminati

Had a schizophrenic client who had a huge abcess in his jaw, and he was convinced it was a device inplanted to record him. He wouldn't see a doctor because he didn't want the device retrieved and listened to. We had to convince him that we had someone who could secretly help him without the government knowing. Thankfully we found a doctor to play along, because that thing could have killed him.
