What a waste. What exactly does the CA do these days besides maintain the walking paths and argue amongst themselves?

Columbia Association itself does quite a bit. The board, on the other hand...Funny that it seems like the rift may be due to CA trying to set some boundaries on the board so they can actually do some work.
