Does anyone live/have lived in the 784/790/796 Main Street buildings? They seem nice but I was wondering about the management/safety stuff (like do they fix maintenance issues, do packages get stolen, crazy rent increases etc.) Thanks! :)

I used to live nearby, though not in that building. Just a warning, there's a chocolate factory next door, and it makes the whole area smell like chocolate. You might think that's a good thing, but when you have to live with the overpowering stench of chocolate all day, you get tired of it real fast. Just be warned before you move in.

I live in one of these buildings and the management team is very responsive. We’ve been here 7.5 years and have had a great experience. For example, when we put in a maintenance request, someone usually comes by same day. They’re very good about fixing and/or replacing older fixtures. Also, the buzzer system they use is state-of-the-art.

Never experienced package theft, only delivery to one of the other buildings in the row. Rent increases have been fair for the area but they do occur yearly.
