LOL. I put 10% down on my condo and paid PMI for 13 months before I refinanced for ten percent more equity. Buying a condo here is basically printing money.

I put down 3.5% with a FHA. refinanced 3 years later to remove PMI. 10 years I am now around 60% equity on it. I can't afford to move anywhere else in Mass, but hey can't win them all.
