So I heard that they no longer were able to use the parking lot, that's the prime reason they closed. I remember walking by one day and saw something in the window that said Real Soda City so maybe that's going in
I cant confirm since I may have just heard it here, but maybe there were rent/landlord issues too that they didn't want to give as reasons since discussing that may be seen as unprofessional.
That sticker was just the soda company's message to the building owner that a leased fridge belonging to them was on the property and they hadn't been able to reclaim it.
They also have a second location in Arlington. Bigger floor plan, okay parking situation. If they were going to downsize it'd make sense to keep the Arlington location.
