José's will be a single family home. the lot was not owned by José's.

I cant confirm since I may have just heard it here, but maybe there were rent/landlord issues too that they didn't want to give as reasons since discussing that may be seen as unprofessional.

That sticker was just the soda company's message to the building owner that a leased fridge belonging to them was on the property and they hadn't been able to reclaim it.

That's the same rumor I heard; it's going to be a single family home. Also consistent with the visual look of the renovation so far.

They also have a second location in Arlington. Bigger floor plan, okay parking situation. If they were going to downsize it'd make sense to keep the Arlington location.
