Guessing merino wool. Merino is soft and doesn’t shrink as much sometimes. Wooly brand has hoodies. Duckworth is higher end and all made in USA.

I've never owned a Merino hoodie, but from the research I've done the material is overrated and not very durable. It pills, gets holes, and stretches if you wear a backpack or strap on it (even the very expensive ones).
This may be all wools and not just merino, but they seem to definitely not be BIFL if worn regularly.

In the last 10 years I wore that thing on every flight and at least 50 days a year (probably more than that). It did not stretch, shrink or rip and show no pilling. And it is 100% wool so not all wool is the same

That's cool, maybe it's not actually 100% wool? Just be weary of what others have suggested and do your own research.
