Take advantage of that Groove Life warranty while it lasts. Their belts don't. Mine is 1 year old and I have to tighten it every other time I wear it.

That’s unfortunate because I really like the belt. The buckle design is really nice and the strap feels nice and sturdy. I like that it doesn’t warp on the back loops but I could see the elastic band being a problem over time. Have you taken advantage of the warranty yet? And if so how was the process?

Yeah I was thinking about getting hanks as well. Need a brown one and it doesn’t look quite as good on nylon. Heard nothing but good things about hanks.

I’m 1.5 years into my GL belt and haven’t had issues. I have to adjust between different pants (jeans vs lighter weight shorts) that I wear sometimes but it’s always been consistent.

I’ve worn my grip 6 belt daily for four years now. It’s just now starting to show some wear on the strap. By that I mean it now has some character not anywhere near failing. I’m considering getting another strap just because, not because I need one. I’m sure I can get another decade of use out of this belt. Definitely a lifetime of use out of the buckle.

I wear a Grip 6 belt daily. I have 2, one of which I’ve had 4 years or so and the other 2 years. No issue with stretching or loosening with the strap. I flip the head every once in a while to keep the wear on the strap relatively even (I’m not a bean pole, so the belt gets a little wonky here and there). They’re pretty comfy and versatile if you’re looking for a low profile, no nonsense belt.

I've really been enjoying my groove life belts. I see people complain about needing to adjust it once in a while, but it's super easy to adjust in my opinion.

My current belt is my daily driver since roughly 10 years. Still like new. Handmade by a random leather worker in town from full grain leather, bought for like 30$ because he had it lying around.
Notting fancy, but that thing is just unkillable. I change the buckle when I need a fancier or more casual look...

Same. My Grip6 looks like new after several years as my daily.

Yeah I still need a brown one. Was wanting to buy less leather going forward but brown just doesn’t look as good on any of the nylon belts I’ve seen.

No issues with mine, 9 months in. Best belt buckle mechanism I've owned.

I do love the buckle. The stretchy belt is where I have problems. If I coupled this buckle with a seat belt strap, it would last the rest of my life.

I really try not to buy leather when I can avoid it but at the end of the day you just can’t beat leather with things like shoes and belts. I’m going to get a hanks belt for my brown one because nylon doesn’t look as good in brown.

I needed a new belt because mine would fall apart in just a few months. My gf recommended a get a good quality belt so I don't have to keep replacing them. I went with Hanks belts. And they make nice belts. I daily wear one of their canyon belts. Also has a 100 year warranty.
