Majority of the major brands of ovens are good, not like a frig, washer, dryer or dishwasher due to.moving parts. We have a Frigidaire for an oven, going on 10 years with no problems.
When talking with the appliance repair man who was in to fix the dishwasher, his one comment was never use self cleaning! This is due to all makes putting the control board on top of the oven where the high heat leads to failure. His recommendation is not to let it get too dirty. And if needed spray oven cleaner is the way to go.
