My current pedestal fan shat itself today. I live in Australia and it will 38 degrees Celsius tomorrow. I'm wanting to buy a fan that won't fail and be irreparable in a few years. Please let me know what you think I should get.

I have one. It’s quiet, heavy and powerful.

Like the old school fans from the 70s that last forever.

It’s well built and doesn’t have any flimsy bits that feel like they are waiting to break.

I have a dyson fan and they will replace it if it ever gets screwed up. That's why I bought it. I've had them replace it once FOR FREE
