Which could be superficial or cosmetic and still offer a great , while blemished, wool blanket. For a discount.

Edit: outlet is not what I thought

They’re saying often they aren’t the “blemished” or slightly-not-perfect ones made for retail, they’re made specifically for the outlet. I.e., not made to last with subpar materials even though the brand might be known for its excellent quality.
