I have no knowledge of this company or their product, aside from seeing their commercials.

But man, is LoveSac a terrible name.

We've had our tan microfiber covers for 4+ years and they are still in great condition. They've been washed (machine wash, air dry) a few times as needed. We don't eat on the couch or let the dog up there but we're not gentle either.

I would say yes they are pricey so there I’ll be sticker shock. You can start small though and add on over time. It’s totally modular so can be rearranged to different shapes.

One of the times our covers needed to be washed was from markers. 😂 Fortunately for us, they were the washable kind so it came out easily.

When I went shopping for one of these it did not price out. Their "lifetime warranty" is on the frame only and everything else is 3 years or less, it does not cover any damages from pets, liquids, etc. The replacement cushions and covers are not cheap and replacing those add up quick. If I misinterpreted the fine print I would love to know but $6-8k for a 3 piece love seat was way out of my budget, plus I have dogs that will use it so I will have to assume the warranty does not apply to me.

I priced them out once. I’m not sure I can justify paying like 30k for a couch.

I prefer full grail leather couches, they last much longer. Handel stains better.

Buy it for life? This company started in 1998. I don't think this model has existed for 10 years.

Man reading these comments makes me thing this is in no way a BIFL product. I spent $1100 on a sectional 8 years ago and still going strong. No covers, pads or anything else replaced and it looks brand new. Plus have dog and cat that always sleep on it. These comments about having to replace the covers after a few years and the company charging $1500+ for that makes this company seem like a scam. If it was $4k or more for a couch but everything lasted a decade I would say go for it but only lasting a few years for that price no way

Does the guarantee include dog damage?

It made sense in their early days back in 1995 or so when they were producing giant bean bag chairs and the “Love Shack” song was fresh in peoples mind. I think they still make the bags but even those have always been out of my price range.

Costco had these a couple years back, was very tempted. Ultimately - the most important is washable covers, that allows you to keep the couch nice for much longer.

I paid a fortune for a sofa/loveseat thinking that I'll never get tired of that particular style.

I was wrong.

Sometimes things last longer than you would like them to.

Yea we went to a store and tried it out in person and wasn't really impressed with the feel of the standard and deep seats. Especially when we compared to a Macy Radley sectional price wise. We're happy with ours (so far) and very glad I didn't spend 6k on a couch. Yes the lovesac is probably better built quality but we figured we can buy like 2-3 couches and have more flexibility choice wise over time.

My family has had one since 2010 or 2011, it's absolutely fantastic. I bought one for myself in 2018 when I got my own place.

Best thing I ever did was buy two very nice dog beds from Casper and saved our couch cushions from our best friend. Did not even have to train him, he prefers the dog bed all the time.
