I have a suspension that recently broke. But it was a hand-me-down. I would assume documentation is required for any kind of replacement. ðŸ˜

I definitely kept my card back though when I bought it but I'm neurotic like that.

Nope. My 10-year-old suspension broke a few months back. I emailed their warranty department through the website with a photo of the suspension attached and received a brand new replacement 2 months later, no questions asked.

I broke my MP600 twice, admittedly user mismanagement — mailed it in and asked what it would cost to replace broken knife and they just sent me a full new MP600 both times
I’ll only buy Gerber now for multis or knives etc
