The world's largest cast iron skillet measures 18 feet across and weighs 14,360 pounds. Created by Lodge Cast Iron, a 126-year-old American cookware company, the “history-making” cast iron skillet can be viewed in person at the new Lodge Museum of Cast Iron, located in South Pittsburg, Tennessee.

For true Americans who reject colonial British units, that's 0.06 football fields and 30,952 Big Macs. For the rest of us, that's 5.5 meters and 6.5 metric tons.

18 feet including the handles, looks like a 12' pan size by my reckoning.
