I use a couple of types of Isotoner slippers.

I find their quality quite good.

I have a pair of nice smart wool slippers with no lining

Glerups are great but they’re felt and won’t last forever. LL Bean has some very nice leather lined slippers that are definitely BIFL material.

I wear crocs around the house because anything with a lining makes my feet sweat. I love them.

I don’t have their slippers, but the quality of the Bombas socks is amazing. I’ve yet to get rid of or even need to darn a single sock of theirs, despite an estimated 5+ years of use on some of them. Just ordered a few more today, actually!

(As my other socks die, I’m replacing them with Bombas.)

Sullivan Glove Co makes two pairs of deerskin slippers with no lining:

I believe you have to size down because deerskin stretches so read the description carefully.

I own some of their gloves and they are definitely BIFL and MIUSA. Great customer service too.

I second this. I love the leather lined LL Bean slippers. I’ve been wearing them for about 30 years now whenever I’m home. Sadly they only last about 5-8 years for me. Still great imho. They used to be about $65 when I got my first pair and they are now like $120.

I’ve got a pair of Vivobarefoot Opanka Slippers. Bought them used on eBay. They are all leather, except the sole, no lining in sight.

Edit: FWIW, I’m a man. I see they only have the women’s ones on their website now. Not sure any of this matters.

Birkenstocks "Boston" with felted wool or just leather.

Crocs paired with socks: low cut thin bamboo or cotton, when it's warm; thick high cotton or wool over thin pair, when it's cold. Socks really help to regulate temperature and help with sweat (by wicking and preventing contact with rubber). Couldn't be more happy. Croclite is virtually indestructible and easy to clean. Socks can be rotated every other day to keep them fresh.

I would get Dansko clogs and just designate a pair for house or indoor use only.

Adidas slides that’s made with the ultra boost material, NOT the Costco one. They look really similar

Same! I hate how they 1) make my feet sweat 2) get stinky 3) impossible to wash! I bought some Birkenstocks for the inside of my house. I’ve had them for about a year and I really like them

I looked into Glerups but settled on Kyrgies instead. I’m on my second pair in the last 10 years because they literally wore out from use during Covid.

I wear these all day, every day. And they have a nice pledge toward climate change. Great brand!

Oh no! I’ll keep an eye on the batch I just ordered and report back; the ones my husband got recently-ish have all been ok… maybe it depends on which models we’re getting? They have a few different ones now.
