My Oral-B Braun has lasted since I was in middle school. I genuinely can't remember ever using anything else.

My mother has had the same Oral b braun since I was a little kid. It has both the toothbrush and a water jet tooth cleaner thing, but the tooth cleaner doesn't work too well anymore.
